What is your return policy?

Refund and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. 

Exchanges are only allowed for size exchange. 


  • The only items viable for exchange are those for size exchanges only.

  • Kindly email us at to request for a size exchange. Items must be sent back within 7 days from the receiving date. 

  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order

  • We will confirm your request of exchange within 24-48hrs upon request.


  • Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them — shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all

  • Place everything in your shipping box and tape your new shipping label over the original one

  • We will schedule a pick-up from your address using either Grab/Lalamove or GogoExpress (provincial area)


Will I be refunded for shipping charges?
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your original order.

How do I return an item that is defective or different from what I ordered?
If you believe you've received an incorrect or defective item, we'd like to make it right for you. Contact us here.

What are the payment options?

We have partnered with Xendit for faster checkout! You can pay through your credit cards or e-wallets.

Cash-on-Delivery is also accepted

How much does shipping and delivery cost?

It depends on your Delivery Address

Same Day Delivery 

You can also choose same day delivery as long as you are from Metro Manila. The rate depends on the distance from the pickup point which is in Greenwoods Executive Village, Pasig City. The time allotted for same day deliveries are from 9am-3pm 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

  • Shipping Address

  • Delivery Time

    • Metro Manila

      • 3-7 business days

    • Outside Metro Manila

      • 5-14 business days

  • Business days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.

  • Outside delivery zone locations can take an additional 2 days for delivery.

How do I track an order?

Once your item/s have been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can visit this website and place your tracking number 

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at or SMS/call us at 0917-173-1228 (Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm, Saturday: 8am-5pm).

Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours.

What countries do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?
